Handbags for Habitat – Investing in the Community October 28, 2009. 

Again this year I am helping out with the Middle Tennessee Women’s Council of Realtors fundraiser for Habitat for Humanity.  We’ll be doing a fashion show (distinguished men in our community will be our models) featuring themed vests, and then auctioning off themed purses full of great prizes.  Purchase tickets from me, or see me if you are interested in being a sponsor for this event (sponsoring a purse, being a model, donating prizes, sponsoring tables).

Our Nashville Chapter of IAHSP will be redoing the living room and Activity Room of one of the residential cottages at the TN. Baptist Children’s Home in Brentwood.  Check our the page about this on my website to see before pictures and then the transformation Staging will make when our project is complete!

****UPDATE MARCH 22, 2009****** THE HOUSE OF YOUR DREAMS IS UNDER CONTRACT!  On the market for more than 2 years (almost 3) this house went under contract within 20 days of being STAGED!  Another example of the power of STAGING!

I am one of seven Stagers from here in Middle Tennessee to participate in the House Of Your Dreams promotion over in Tollgate Village, in Thompson’s Station (Williamson County).  We worked with the builder, listing agent, and developer to do some nice high end Staging of this beautiful new house at 3085 Americus Drive.  Thanks to J.J. Ashley and ReDo Furnishings, both in Franklin, and with some of our own inventory, we are able to furnish this house with amazing items and therefor showcase this amazing house.

 In conjunction with radio stations Mix 92.9 and 96.3 Jack fm there will be a special open house from 2 - 4 pm each of the first four Sundays in March.  They will be doing live remotes and have prize drawings.
