I’m excited to announce a new service, especially designed for those people who don’t live in the Middle Tennessee area but still would like help in Staging their house.  I’m calling it Remote Staging, and it basically involves the home owner sending me pictures of their house, and upon review of those pictures, I’ll prepare a written report for them on what they can do, specific to their home, to either prepare the house for sale (Staging to Sell) or just update their home (Staging to Live).  The homeowner will need to provide multiple pictures of each room, from all angles, and some dimensions of rooms and larger furniture pieces.

Pricing will be dependent on how many rooms will be involved, but once we’ve talked and I’ve seen the photos I can give you price up front.  I hope this new service will be beneficial to those people who don’t have Staging services in their area, and those who would like a non-intrusive method for getting Staging assistance.
