Bedrooms
Case Study #486

When you advertised a house as being three bedrooms, all those bedrooms need to show as bedrooms, not a room for the dogs. We transformed this crate storage room into a girl’s room by clearing everything and then adding appropriate furniture and simple colors. We now showcase the room’s function and it can easily be envisioned as a great child’s bedroom.

Case Study 715

This master bedroom was disjointed. The quilt was too busy and the wall hanging didn’t match. There was no color theme. We worked with the seller to pick out a bedding ensemble they liked and could be moved with them and then coordinated with window treatments, art work and accessories. It’s now a welcome retreat for any home buyer.

Case Study #922

This room held no appeal as it was – why would you want this room? We simply rearranged the bed, added appropriate bedding and furniture and now it better shows it’s potential to a prospective buyer.

This bedroom seemed small and drab. Simple staging by repositioning furniture and adding color not only made the room seem larger but more comfortable.

Case Study #364

It’s not just messy, it’s also too cluttered. We removed excess furniture and clutter and we now have a soothing and comfortable room to impress buyers.

Case Study 311

In looking at this room, you probably didn’t realize the dark curtain on the right was covering up not just a window, but a door out to the back deck – a great feature. By letting the light in the room and removing excess clutter, along with repositioning the furniture, we’ve shown how big the room really is and that there is plenty of space for a buyer to put their own furniture.

Case Study 312

This room is not designed to be a catch all storage area, and even though at times we all have spaces like this. But, when you are selling your house you’ve got to make every room show its potential. We simply staged this as a little girls room using many items the homeowner already had.

Case Study 313

When is a bedroom not a bedroom? When it’s full of exercise equipment and storage. By making it into an actual bedroom, buyers can see its current use and more easily visual it’s use to them. Note: We didn’t fill it full of décor, just enough to get the point across.
