When you advertised a house as being three bedrooms, all those bedrooms need to show as bedrooms, not a room for the dogs. We transformed this crate storage room into a girl’s room by clearing everything and then adding appropriate furniture and simple colors. We now showcase the room’s function and it can easily be envisioned as a great child’s bedroom.

This master bedroom was disjointed. The quilt was too busy and the wall hanging didn’t match. There was no color theme. We worked with the seller to pick out a bedding ensemble they liked and could be moved with them and then coordinated with window treatments, art work and accessories. It’s now a welcome retreat for any home buyer.

By letting the light in the room and removing excess clutter, along with repositioning the furniture, we’ve shown how big the room really is and that there is plenty of space for a buyer to put their own furniture.
