BATHROOMS AND KITCHENS SELL HOMES! This bathroom was very clean but was a typical builder grade bathroom – small, cold, hard, white. We gave it a tropical retreat feel by changing out the plastic shower curtain and adding a coordinating piece of artwork. Solid color towels and some greenery help give this bathroom soothing appeal.

From personal items crowding the space to a garden spa retreat! Bathroom are the most personal of rooms so it’s critical that they be sparkling clean and totally cleared of all personal items.

Despite being clean, the odd assortment of clutter in this large bathroom didn’t give the impression of cleanliness. Note that originally there was no window treatment and not all bulbs above the mirror were working. A bathroom must have privacy and all light fixtures must be fully functioning. After Staging, it feels like it’s ready for buyers to move right in.
