Kathy Fix, owner of Staging Dreams, is an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP), having trained under Barb Schwarz, the founder of Staging. She is a member of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals (IAHSP) and is currently serving as the Nashville Regional Chapter’s Vice-President/President Elect.
She has an extensive background in creative design projects and years working in various aspects of the real estate field. Understanding the need to work within a seller’s budget, coupled with extensive knowledge of how to make a home stand out among the market competition and appeal to the greatest number of potential buyers makes Kathy an important asset in the marketing process.

Additionally, through her affiliations, Kathy can pass along discounts from many local and national retailers and wholesalers, including Cort Furniture Rental, PODS and Sherwin-Williams.
Kathy is the 2010 President of the Nashville Regional Chapter of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals, having served in the past both as Secretary and Vice-President/President Elect, and Chairperson of the 2008 World Wide Staging Service Week Project. She has also been elected as Secretary for the Middle Tennessee Chapter of the Women’s Council of Realtors for 2010. She has been an active member of the Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce and an Affiliate Member of the Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors being the first Stager to join those organizations. She has been deeply involved in community service projects through out the years in everything from schools, Scouts, Red Cross, and booster clubs.
